Keep in mind that, because of the way internet connections work, a connection issue doesn’t always affect all programs or services. It might happen that there’s an issue somewhere along the route your connection takes to our servers, but your connection takes a completely different path to Discord servers, so the call isn’t affected. That said, let’s try some things to see if we can avoid this happening to you again, or at least find the root of the issue. Please, check this article and make sure you follow all the instructions, including the advanced steps:

  • City/Country:
  • Internet Provider:
  • Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)
  • Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)
  • WinMTR (right after a disconnection or whenever you’re experiencing the issue)
