I’ve previously reported an issue with my game too.
I was an original overwatch player so I had Kiriko originally and I spent £20 on a skin and bundle for her and now it seems that she is locked again for me and I have to do hero challenges?
Please can you fix this for me and let me have her unlocked again because I really don’t want to have to ask for more help again!
