Hey! Just bought a new laptop, the game was working really well. Then I minimalized the game and when I came back it still had 145 fps that I’ve set but it was lagging. It only repaired when I clicked CTRL + WINDOWS + SHIFT + B (reset graphics card settings). Then it still had the same amount of fps but worked cleaner. Why does that happen?
If you often need to minimise the game you may want to change from Fullscreen to Borderless Windowed, which can often help with the kind of issue you’re describing. Also, you may want to set an FPS cap for the game when running in the background which can be turned on through the Options menu.
I don’t need to minimise often, but sometimes I need to. Now when I even join the game with fullscreen on, it lags, even tho I have 145 fps that I’ve set. As for now I’m playing on borderless window, and it works. Why doesn’t that happen in other games?
