Latency and Packet Loss Issues

There is a similar topic but maybe i’m supposed to open a new thread don’t know how this works. I have since 2 days ago been experiencing latency spikes and packet losses. After trying different router settings and contacting my ISP, assuring me that the line is fine from his end (though i highly doubt the CS capabilities) browsing the forum i came to the conclusion that something must be going on from the region side of things as I’ve encountered 4 different people from Greece opening threads about this . So I’ve read every thing I should try(all that renewing IP, flushing the DNS) but the problem persists. so I’ve run the MTR/trace/ping thingy 3-4 times. I’ll post one here and if you want the rest i will gladly provide them. Thanks in advance hope I helped.
