I’ve been playing overwatch 1 and now 2 for a long time. What kills this game is that in competitive games there is a lot of Leavers and the team naturally loses 4v5 or 3v5. If so, the rank system makes no sense. Not everyone can play this game as a team, and banning a player for minutes or hours won’t work. Instead of the player leaving the game, the bot that completes the team or another player must enter the game. If you ask why Overwatch is losing so many players, it’s been a problem for years and nobody at blizzard has done anything to fix it. Of course you will lose players.
Leavers normally get banned after 2-3 weeks has passed in season as by that time rage quiters have already used their warnings .
So that is why i mostly play competitive when atleast 20-21 days have passed in the season
