Lost connection to game server

Hey there!
I have several Overwatch accounts, and one of them won’t let me log into the EU servers anymore.
All the other ones work, PTR, US, Asia. My other accounts also work across all regions.
But this one, even though I have played up until last night, I suddenly get “Lost connection to game server” and I can’t connect anymore.

Is this an account issue?
I checked messages and e-mails, and I’m not banned for as far as I can tell. Don’t even think there’d be a reason for that to be the case, so I’m kind of confused.

Same here, can’t login to EU but all other regions work.

No, its not your account. Im expected same issue, with EU server

Actually same here. Can’t connect to EU servers even tho Battle.net is fine.

Hello Guys,

When this happens usually there is a common network node that is being used by many ISPs to reach our game servers which can be congested.

If the problem is still there please reply here and post your WinMTR trace file uploading it on Pastebin and sharing here the Pastebin link using the preformatted text option (</>)
