I seem to be lagging all over the map and even when I’m not pressing my WASD. I have restarted my game but it hasn’t fixed itself. It’s like the game is going at 4 times the normal speed, then stops for 5-7 seconds and goes back to normal and repeats. Not sure why this is or how to fix it. Please help! It’s really ruining my game play.

This sounds very much like Rubberbanding and would indicate a connection issue. You can find steps to help address most causes here. ^^
