Normally I main Moira for healing and I get quite a lot of people saying “Moira is bad, pick another”. Personally I really enjoy moira, but I do feel like she could do with a bit more love, especially her left click.

I do believe that is what you were intending.
All you did was moan that people say a toxic, but truthful thing. But not comparing her to anything or what values that could be adjusted.
I agree though, she does need to be made more viable. But nerfing things is the answer.
