so many blind people don’t see it, and would rather throw bile at the people that point it out than actually accepting that cheaters are rife in this game

Aimbotters exist, we know. They are also getting banned all the time. If you just report them the correct way. Or email the footage to the right place.
Also, if he was notorious… we’d all of heard of him by now.
