Overwatch Crash Black Screen

Hello, whenever I click play it says playing now game is running, then it takes me to a black screen for around 2 seconds, exits to desktop, and says game is running for 1 more second then goes back to the play button. Any fixes? Thanks

it looks like you’re having a problem with Razer software. If you have already uninstalled this software, check out the following:

The problem may be RzChromaSDK64.dll_unloaded . Go to Windows\system32 and delete all files you find from Razer.

Also check the folders AppData and ProgramData where you can find the folder from Razer.

I understand that, I tried uploading it to Pastebin but says " You have exceeded the maximum paste size of 512 kilobytes per paste".

I have problems saving it, the size of the text is endless.
I tried saving it to the site you suggested, Pasted.co, Github and Codepad. None of them worked.

The error is very general but I downloaded your MSINfo report. It is so big because it contains a lot of errors.
Recent bugs are related to Razer Synapse and you should start by uninstalling it.

I found a very easy solution to this. At least, it worked form me 2 out of 2 times i had this exact issue in the last month.

Its funny as well. Instead of removing the razer components and reg files and whatnot. ENABLE the RazerChrome SDK’s instead of removing them.

That second time i mentioned was just 2 hours ago because by i disabled the chromaSDK’s again using Advanced System Care. I forgot that enabling the ChromaSDK service solved the issue the first time i had it (For clarity: enabling was the solution not disabling Razer chromaSDK).

2 hours ago i facepalmed myself when i saw the black screen for a second and then the desktop again going “ah no not this again”. Then i remembered :*) ENABLE the SDK ! 0-o ^^

I hope this helps at least some people and support.

P.S if you de-installed everything already like is being advised you need to reinstall it.
