Overwatch Crashing Very Often

Hi,
Overwatch has been crashing quite often lately, so I followed the troubleshooting steps and even went as far as reinstalling Windows. The crashes still persist. The error is as follows:
Overwatch - 1.62.0.0: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading from 0xffffffffffffffff
Any ideas? Thanks.
