Overwatch won't launch as of latest update

Game starts, goes black for a couple of seconds and then quits back to the desktop. Tried disabling Razer Synapse (as I used to have a Razer keyboard, not anymore) and still doesn’t work.

CPU: Intel Core i3 4170T @ 3.2GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 860M
RAM: 12GB DDR3 1600MHz

Hi.
Simply disabling it sometimes has no effect. Only uninstallation allows you to start the game.
