I’ve had this issue for past OWL seasons. I get tokens normally by watching the livestreams, but I still haven’t received any grey skin for watching 5 hours like the website says (Rewards Guide | The Overwatch League) . Any advice on how to resolve this?
I know last season they had issues with them taking forever to appear. I think it took about 2 weeks for my Soldier one to show up.
Hopefully, as long as you’ve followed everything they don’t take that long!

My best advice would be to post this on the NA forums, the mods and technical staff are a lot more active over there. Chances are, none of them will ever read this sadly.
