Partner Fiber Israel - Getting disconnected from the EU servers very often

I got these two WinMTR reports. Is hop 8 (my ISP) the culprit here? Am I reading this right? Looks like packets are lost between 012 server to blizzardonline.

same issue, was gna start a new thread, but glad you already started it, im from ME but as soon as i group up with someone from EU and join a game, after first 30 seconds, the pings spikes all the way up to 300 and it crashes, doesnt matter its QP or Comp lost around 200 before realizing it is not my internet.

Seems to be a problem for ME players when they jump to EU servers while grouped up with someone from EU. (correct me on this)

same issue here, using PTCL from Pakistan and getting disconnects from EU playing with my duo
asked ISP for help or to reroute me and they said not possible
using HASTE solved the issue for some people, but its not working on my PC
I tried ExitLag and it worked but the trial ran out but I cant pay for it
tried using cloudflare WARP but it wont work on my PC as well
a little trick I did was whenever it disconnect, U can use performance monitor of task manager to suspend OW network process and then resume it, it will reconnect but takes 1 min, its very frustrating and not a viable solution

please if someone has any solution or VPN name even do tell me
nobody is doing anything to solve this and I cant play with my partner
HELP US BLIZZARD before we quit OW :c

blizzard hello,
the lags and dc’s with Partner fiber israel is still ongoing, its been over a month, please respond, say something , help this is no longer bareable

A small update - I’ve changed connection routing via the ISP to “Gamer” (a payed service) and I’m still experiencing the same problem.

bump bump bump bump bump yes

Can we please have a comment on this, im too from Israel and having partner as the ISP along with the same issue.
I will guarantee that there are no internet issues during the disconnects, While the dc’s happen I am talking to people on discord, additionally this is only an Overwatch thing, I don’t have any similar issues with any other games.

this isn’t only overwatch thing, its ALL blizzard games and partner isp have conflicting route, i made a ticket to a GM in wow and he said this is not on BLIZZARD’S END , and said i should use a VPN or contact my ISP and tell them to route correctly the game to their servers while no other game no steam, epic, origin, riot etc - has this issue nor does the internet ever goes down during the DC/lag in blizzard games so this leads me to believe … whos end is it on?

i am telling you FEW years ago this EXACT same issue happened in HotNet isp, but it WAS FIXED, i swapped for personal reasons and becoz partner has 1000/100 speeds

My guess… they dont care so much untill overwatch2 comes out. As whole blizzard is busy making old content great again (warcraft3, Wow, Diablo ) and working on D4 and OW2 and god knows what else.

Few days back i also had some random DC’s… " claiming any software " might cause it. This season i had 0 DC’s so far ( should not have said that, next game is a DC for sure ). And nothing changed to my pc/settings. But im 100% sure it has to do with their servers/routing/mapping or things i dont even know about. Maybe it brakes down when it tries to make 2 different regions-queue into 1 region. What do i know…Just make sure to report, with as much info as you can, any problems. If they see a pattern im sure they’ll investigate.

i have contacted partner costumer support they have forwarded the issue,
lets have our hope ups, we need blizzard’s support on this one too, please try to find communication between partner n your servers so we could have this solved as soon as possible and we’ll all be happy

thanks

nvm nothing.
they say its not on the end of their things, told me to try open some ports, ping google when it happens nothing helpful,

blizzard help is all thats left now

This is getting so much worse. I’ve lost connection 5 times in an half an our of gameplay.
Here’s a WinMTR from the last connection issue:

Similar Issue Thread Here (with possible solutions) :

no adequate tech ppl available in partner’s costumer support service,
you call em, ask for a level 2/3 technician and their answer we dont have anything like that, we all just know about general internet issues, cant blame em really the internet itself doesnt actually drop Only battle.net and its games/service drop down ONLY with partner’s connection for some reason

the only solution ive got now is vpn, but thats not really great overall having to connect everyday, using a 3rd party to play blizzard games, just disappointing that no response from a blizzard representative has come through yet, its been 4 months this thread? its not even about resources or busy with OW2 its a common routing issue that is fixed prob literally in few minutes with adequate representatives communicating the issue to the right tech department getting the issue fixed, getting our praises and cheers and getting a nice fat raise , or you rather pick ur nose and laugh at our desperate attempts to reach out to you sir? YES YOU! i know you’re reading haha, now take this to your boss and fix it!

As with any routing issues your ISP can contact us any time, they have access to our Domain information for the servers which also has our contact information for them to reach out to us.

The issue here doesn’t seem to be a problem with the Battle.net servers directly but between your ISP and the servers, and we don’t control the connections between us and them completely, your use of a VPN shows that this is a problem somewhere outside the Battle.net network.

Had the same problem so called them today, talked with the representitive for half an hour and he always responded the same way, by claiming there is no problem at their end, no matter how many valid arguments, tests i had to back my claim up.

I got the same issues in the UK. Right now every single game I try to play lags right at the start and all throughout the game to the point that I have to try to relog but that does not seem to fix anything. I was in one game, people could still type to each other but half of both team players were lagging. Interesting how that can be anything but a Blizz servers issue.

This has gotten a lot worse since I opened this thread. I’m getting 3-6 drops per hour.
So weird. Game drops but I can still voice chat with my group.
Needles to say that Partner aren’t inclined to help and will not contact blizzard.

dont pay for the “gamer” service. it will make it worse for u.

I tried to fix the packet loss for 3 months and in the end the problem was the gamer service of partner.
so first of all start with removing this service.

I dont lose connections to the servers. or packet loss where the game freeze.
since yesterday I have a little bit of ping spikes (ping spikes by like 15+/-, from 87 to 100 then back to normal (using ETH cable).
right now I am just waiting to see if it gets fixed by itself. I dont think there is anything I can do, its 100% not my internet since everything works fine outside overwatch.
it must be something in the way to blizzard server.

dont wanna jinx it, but i think it is finally fixed

stopped using vpn and there were no dc’s so far,
i can happily say its very much playable now : )
thanks
