Random game crashes

Hello,

I’m having problems with random game crashes mid-game, it doesn’t seem to be linked to any particular event.
I got a new SSD, reinstalled windows and Overwatch. The problem persists. Is it something to do with my graphics card?
I’ve recorded a couple of error codes for reference.

Hi.
I will send the error code for identification and until then perform the MSinfo test. Paste the results into pastebin.com and provide a link.

Edit.
Errors indicate problems with sound. Do you have any additional plugins/software installed? Try disabling Dolby Atmos in the sound settings of the game.
It is a good idea to remove and reinstall the latest sound drivers. Of course, the MSinfo report will also be welcome.

Hey Crofty,

Go through the steps to close background applications. Before testing Overwatch again, please temporarily uninstall your Razer applications and make sure Discord is completely disabled as well.

I’ve uninstalled Razer and Discord. Will need to play some games before I can see any crashes. Will report any further codes.
No additional plugins/software. Only thing I can think of is “Display Fusion”

Hello Crofty,

Let’s try uninstalling some software that could be causing conflict:

  • Wacom Tablet software (before uninstalling, try making sure it’s completely updated)
  • Displayfusion
  • Nvidia Shadowplay
  • Akamai
  • IOBit

Also, make sure you deactivate Xbox DVR:
