He’s only OP in Bronze-Silver maybe Gold, in Plat he’s a normal character with the correct comp and in Dia+ He’s absolute garbage.
So indeed low skill high reward, he does deserve a rework where he requires a bit more skill to get reward.
The ease at which he gets hard countered. I’d say he more likely needs a change because he is under powered.
(just to confirm HE DOES NOT NEED TO BE BUFFED OR NERFED, HE IS PERFECTLY FINE IN TERMS OF POWER).
