I would like to mention that I still had multiple errors since then, I even uninstalled my previous antivirus etc. Still nothing seems to work.

I can still see AVG/Avast antivirus installed in your computer. I would try completely uninstalling it, just to check if the error persists.
The thing about this particular error is that it can be hard to diagnose in a forum, because it can be caused by hardware issues (mainly overclocking, but some other things like problems with the power management and so on can affect).
I would recommend making sure that no overclocking is present in your system.
Also, this thread has a couple of extra steps that could be useful:
If absolutely nothing helps, I would recommend taking your computer to a local technician, so they can make sure that everything is working correctly, the power supply is working properly and has enough wattage for your PC, etc.
