Why do I lose games, get suspended and lose rank when I disconnect from the game. I fully believe the logs for the game could be checked to show that my connection to the server dropped, something I didn’t purposely do. climbing ranks is hard enough without server instability taking away extra rank through no fault of my own.
They cannot differentiate why you left a game, just that you did. Be it your router or the internet company’s fault, you still leave the match.
I’ve had occasions where BattleNet went down, even when switching from ethernet to tethering it still did not reconnect.
Technical faults their end should be honoured, instead, Blizzard fail to respond, even review such technical issues.
They have really gone down hill on their level of support over the years. There was such a time where you could open a Chat with a support user. Probably invested in graduates/cheaper labour (leading to less competency) to fill the roles.
