She’s so strong at high rank, monstrously strong. They need to make it harder to hack people. Such as less range for a hack, she should stay in line of sight when she hacks. Make it so she can’t hack through ledges. Its stupid that theres little effort into an ability which is so powerful.
Theres not enough counter abilities to go against her, seriously EMP charges crazy fast, hacks take little effort. And oh look you stunned her, wait oh, would you look at that she can just teleport away in panic.
A good Sombra will hack with patience and probably flank behind the opposing team, what can you do against EMP?
Another route that’d I’d nerf her by ALTERNATIVELY (not both, that would make her underpowered) is removing the wall hack she gets on low enemies.
