No but seriously, having two tanks who are actually in vc communicating is probably the most important comms in the entire game, at any rank.
Yup! Not only are we communicating between ourselves, but we do shotcalling, praising and constructive criticism with the entire team aswell:) It’s going great! And everyone seems to be having fun, and morale is high:)

Remember unsolicited criticism is toxic (you are basically just complaining like a big man baby at that point).
And constructive criticism is not.

The unsolicited version he used before was.
They don’t say to us in any way: “Please criticize me if I do something wrong”, or something to this effect. We just DO. It’s not toxic, and ofcourse it’s unsolicited. Asking for criticism isn’t the only form of criticism that is acceptable. Criticism is a great tool for learning, so nothing toxic about this at all. It all comes down to how you give it. If I call them ret***s and tell them to uninstall because they are bad, this is an example of “criticism done wrong”. But then again, that’s not how we approached it, so no idea why you would think unsolicited criticism is toxic and bad.
Ohh, and also, I’ve learned from most of my mistakes before, so at this point, I really don’t make many. I still make them, ofcourse, as do everyone, but they are rather small mistakes that don’t really affect the outcome of the game to a large degree. And whenever I do make them, I’ll be the first to admit it, and apologize for my mistakes to the team, maintaining a good morale, as my team can see I don’t let my pride get in the way of our collective morale.

Because I hardly ever play. I was in diamond, had a bad luck streak with a plethora of leavers/afk’ers/derankers etc, and kept falling down because of this. When I saw how many bad games I just had, that completely nullified all my hard work in climbing, I lost interest, and simply did my placement-matches instead for the free gold weapon currency. Might be you don’t understand that this is a thing though, as you’ve clearly shown your lack of understanding simple sentences and definitions aswell. So I don’t blame you too much. Quite rich of you to laugh at people though, the hypocrisy of toxicity is real with this one.
I never claimed to be. No idea where you are getting this from. But I can only assume it’s something you extrapolated out of context from me saying: “Ohh, and also, I’ve learned from most of my mistakes before, so at this point, I really don’t make many.”
The thing is though, that when you have well over 2000 hours played in this game, you’ve seen pretty much all the mistakes you can make, especially if you’re a fast learner. And not to toot my horn, but I do learn fairly fast. Doesn’t mean I’m better than everyone else though, ofcourse.

When it happens in a row, then yes. If I play 4 games, and in 3 of them, there is a leaver, then ofcourse it’s on them. Plain and simple.
Depends on the person receiving it whether they’re snowflakes or not. I for one don’t mind it, as it makes me aware and helps me “Improve”

Oh Wolfie… you think I care about someone having a little SR more or less. I was drinking and playing last night. Winning games while drunk, at one point I was dancing behind the enemy while we were all laughing at some dumb joke. You think I really care about SR… lol.
But someone thinking they are better than they really are is hilarious. Why does them being better 100-200 sr higher or 1000 lower make any difference.
Anytime I see someone say “I am good enough to be X rank” (or similar) I laugh.
If you were that good you wouldn’t be telling people, you’d just be playing games there.
How come? Is it such a foreign concept to you because of your own learning pace? It’s that hard for you to wrap your mind around?
For one who thinks the SR and MMR system is in a place where it “works as intended”, to not see the flaws, that’s quite ignorant. If I would have leavers in 5 matches in a row, that would mean I lose between about 125-150SR. If you are taking this into concideration, it’s not very far fetched to imagine that many people are not in the bracket they belong in. And if you can’t see that, then you show very little understanding of how the system actually works.
If you take what I just told you into concideration, you’d understand why many people, like myself, would feel demotivated to even play ranked, when all their hard work can be undone in the matters of a few hours. What would motivate me to climb up again, when all I see is people who leave and mess up my sr? what’s the point then? better to just play QP at that point, and not lose anything at all.
To objectively judge oneself isn’t that hard to do when you have a ton of experience, and seen all the brackets in action over and over again for hours upon end. Take ego and pride out of the picture aswell, and you’ll get a fairly accurate result. Definitely more accurate than the picture you are painting of the SR and MMR system “working as intended”, when it’s obviously quite flawed.

Yes. You would lose that SR. Well done. Your MMR wouldn’t change though (unless you were just afk in spawn). In fact if you still pop off your MMR could increase.
MMR works quite well. SR is irrelevant.

Again, criticism because you think you are right and they are wrong. Seems a little toxic. You haven’t seen what they saw. So how do you even know what mistake was made.
