recently i saw something strange in the kill scene: the widowmaker shoots at the floor and then flicks up for head shots. why?
That is a trick used by people using aimbots to reduce their hit accuracy stats.
You need to go into replay mode. record the game play and email to Blizzard.
They will then totally ignore it, because they are happy having cheaters and abusers in the game.
