Stuck at "Entering game..." loading page before getting the "Lost connection to the server"

I’m playing in Singapore (GMT+8) and is trying to connect to the Americas server. This problem has persisted since 26th July 2018.

I have realised that some of my friends are facing the same issue while others have no problems whatsoever. On the 26th, I also tried to play on the Asia server and was able to go in game. Right now I am unable to play on any of the servers.

Hey from Singapore here too. I am facing the same problem too despite playing the game a few hours ago

Me too. Im on Singtel.
Starhub has no issues.
