hello after the new event patch i cant join games i queue for quick play and ranked games but the game stucks in loading loading screen with players names and doesnt load the characters to start the game it stays in that situation until the game kicks me out because of being afk please help its the same problem with me and my friend.

i have the same issues not with all maps but with rialto or hollywood
