If your launcher isn’t going online, you’ll need to first uninstall and reinstall it, don’t worry that won’t affect your game installations. For that you can follow the steps here.
With the App uninstalled, remove any shortcuts you had too and remake new ones once it’s reinstalled.
After that test the launcher for going online and if the issue remains you’ll need to do the checks from our guide, including the Advanced ones on the drop down section.
