Yes this is what i have been saying you dont have to say they are useless you can ask them to do things differently like i explained earlier if you are calling a widowmaker useless for playing vs 3 tanks maybe ask her to go reaper and kill them for you guys instead if you are in a 6 stack then do whatever you want but you cant speak to people like trash without a report and they do add up.
