The last game I had I was teamed up with three 0 star total noobs, who sat back and attacked the enemy from a safe distance, pausing only to screech French insults at their team mates, leaving me to attack the enemy practically single handedly. Have you any idea how de-motivating such experiences can be? There has to be a better way of picking team members with similar levels of experience. I’m bronze myself so have no great illusions about my own level but then team mates like those can only be dragging me down.

Thoughtless response. Why even bother? Did you even read the complaint?
Because matchmaking thinks they’re at your level of skill. You’re the average of the 5 players you play with. If you think they’re bad, you’re likely too by your standard of measurement.

There is, use LFG and form your own team as you want.
And no you are not stuck in bronze because of 0 star noobs.
