How can I contact support?
I open OW and I’m banned and my rating is much lower because… i don’t know why because i didn’t left in the middle of the game or something? Can someone explain me why I have to pay for OW technical faults? How can I get my rating and time back?

Contact Us at the bottom of the page and send a ticket to Blizzard. The forum guys can’t do much for you.
If you are banned, you are more than likely, 95% at fault anyway, why do you feel it is needed to ask the forum about it. Contact the support, it litterally says “Support”, 2 or 3 times even on the forums.
Blizzard has the worst support I’ve ever seen in my life, by FAR. Its run by (semi) bots, morons and mcdonalds rejects, they won’t help you anyways.
