so in the ptr after the 1.30 update the game constanly crashed with the message “your rendering device has been lost” and in a thread i found a solution, a setting called scale with gpu and it worked fine, then there was another update and now i keep crashing again

If this is happening in the PTR, please keep in mind we can’t really offer technical support for the test servers. Due to their nature, it’s possible to experience bug or technical issues while playing there.
I’d recommend starting by checking this message on the forum, and following all the instructions:
