So, is there a way to address 30 FPS background limit on sc2 whenever I alt+tab to other applications? Whenever I open discord or twitch chat, OBS while streaming, sc2 drops to 30 FPS. Any way how to leviate that through console commands, additional line commands in settings?

Why not fix this? Is that really not possible? It is for WoW.
If you are streaming, recording using OBS it is quite a nuisance. A lot of people would highly, highly appreciate it!
