Any chance it goes on sale? did the intern forget to flip the switch this year? 
Normally the campaign goes on sale on a Tuesday during March, so maybe March 30th?
Why you didnt buy it last years if it always went for sale?

Honestly I think they don’t even have an intern workin on SC2 anymore, the janitor is probably the only guy left checking on the servers
