Disconnects when attempting to join a game

When I am queueing up for a new game, and it finds an opponent, then attempts to connect. It then always errors the first time with “A problem occurred while connecting to the game. Please try again later.”. When I try to search again, it then works. But every time I finish a game and queue up again, this continues to happen.

It’s been happening since the October patch.

We had some connection issues in the last few weeks so it might be related to the connection problems you faced since the last patch but they are now currently resolved. My advice is to try these steps that solve most connection issues in the game. :slight_smile:
