I had the problem. I found a solution from the latest Topic.

  1. Make sure the game is fully patched and up-to-date.
  2. Disable your internet connection.
  3. Launch StarCraft II .
  4. Connect your internet connection.
  5. Write down your ID and password.
  6. Enjoy~
