Tosh can’t get to the second cell block in New Folsom. Can’t complete side objectives.
I have the same issue. Is there any workaround or any plans to fix it?

I’m sorry to read about the issue, please post on the Bug Report forum for Starcraft II here. Submissions posted there have the benefit of allowing a community discussion around high-impact bugs, which can occasionally help in prioritizing them.
There are also few similar posts reporting the same issue in there so make sure to use those, so our developers can track all the cases while they investigate the problem.
