Orbital option of mule/scan/drop depot doesn't appear sometimes

Hello,

A lot of times when I have my command center selected as it is transforming into and orbital command the mule/scan/drop depot option doesn’t automatically appear and I have to spam the button I set the orbital to to get the orbital options to appear so I can drop my first mule. I am sure other people have had this problem when the orbital is created. Can you please fix this problem. I’m sure it should be an easy fix.

If you believe this to be a bug of the game, we would appreciate if you posted it in the bug report forums, as those are the ones the developers are actively monitoring looking for these kinds of reports
