Oh, hi there!
We’re Play For Pleasure and we’re looking for new members to join out brand new European Division. But first, let me explain what we’re all about.
Play For Pleasure’s ideology is based on the fact that Starcraft II is first and foremost a video game, so it has to bring some sort of pleasure. We understand that different people enjoy different aspects of the game, so we welcome everyone – we have players from all age groups (from High Schoolers to mature players), different skill levels (Gold to Masters 1) and different kinds of players (casuals and tryhards).
The centerpiece of Play For Pleasure is tournaments of different kinds. You know, winning on ladder feels kind of meh, won’t you agree? Try winning a tournament - more like wooohooo!!! In other words, official games bring the drive that ladder is lacking. We’re constantly organising different kinds of tournaments: with and without league restrictions, so there are tournaments exclusively for, say, gold players, and there are tournaments where both diamond and masters players challenge each other. 1x1 is boring for you? Pff, we have team tournaments - 2x2 and Archon.
Besides, we’d like to invite you to play in the team leagues we participate in: Alpha, RSTL and more. If you already have a team and are Diamond 2 or above but your team doesn’t let you play because it’s too crowded, consider this your invitation. Transfers are possible.
Initially, the team was primarily Russian-speaking, and it included players from seven countries. Now we’d like to “open the gates” for all you English-speaking players! Come, fill out this form and wait for the invitation in Discord!
