The purchased co-op commander is not in the game

Hello everyone, We bought a co-op commander Dehaka in the Blizzard store, the transaction was successful but after a week I don’t have him in the game.

I bought it for myself and not as a gift.

Hey there Hogger,

From what I can see what you’ve purchased was the Announcer Dehaka. If you have attempted to get the Commander Dehaka, that purchase does not seem to have gone through. You should be able to check your transactions in here!
