Cannot see names in games

Good evening,

I have the following problem.
I try to join a game LOD or Dota and while I enter normally I can not see the names of the other players or my own.

Also instead of putting me in the game lobby it shows me in w3 general.

Trying to send you images from my problems from ibb but cant inclube links in my post.

Can you see them normally outside the Custom Map?

You may want to contact the map creator, and for WC3 bugs you can report them here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/warcraft3/c/bug-report/9
