I just bought the game and i get error

I just bought the game , downloaded it and installed it. When i run it i get the message
“There was an error in handling the request”
Now i did some googling… It said it was fixed. Well apperantly not.
No i did not own the previous w3 games.
Yes i did try to reinstall the game.
Yes i did the scan and repair thing. Several times.

EDIT:
Apperantly i get this error only in the Europ region. When i switch to America i dont have errors and i can play with my friend np.

Hello SupperNova,

This is an issue that’s affecting some players, it’s still under investigation. For the moment, as you said, the workaround is to switch to the US region.
