The game drops down to ~20 fps while in main menu, but in-game I have 120 fps and everything is smooth. I tried looking around this problem and it seems this is a problem with laptops that have both integrated and dedicated GPU’s. Is there any way to fix this?

So I’m sorry that it’s still occuring but I don’t have any news to share on the bug, there are some fixes in the thread too that people have found successful so you may want to try them.
