Progress in Campaing

Dear Blizzard,
on December last year i have to reinstall my PC. When i Install W3 reforged, i lost my progress in campaing… Shame.

But i start on hard on New Year Eve again. But after a week i decide to continue and progress is lost… I dont know why…

Prolog and half of Human Campaing on hard. I know i love your game, but i wanna actually play Frozen throne again. So i dont wanna start all over again… thrid time.

Can you please fix that?

Did you change your craphics from sd to hd before you lose your campaing progress? I think changing craphic setting maybe disables or reset progress. But maybe if you change craphic back to what it was when you played campaing saved progress will go back. Im not totally sure tho, I lose 3 times progress at some point.

No, i changed nothing :frowning: Just log in after a week… And game started with intro…
