Well the temperature has dropped significantly up in Newcastle.
Things were actually frozen this morning and this did not make me happy.
Definitely seems colder now, but we did have that brief warm snap.
My brain sucks nowdays, but brought back my memory once again
Here still 22-23° but next week we are finally going down to 14-15°. About time. 
It’s a bit silly to have autumn decorations outside my apartment door when it’s still warm almost like in summer…
It seems permanent, not new or temporary.

yep, its certainly a tad colder here in Lincolnshire too - even my brass monkeys wanted the heating on this morning

Same here. It costs a lot to heat a house for one person. I have been known to sit working in 3 jumpers and fingerless gloves.
