I invested in an Oodie last year and only had my heating on for a very short time during the winter (I think an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening).

I made use of some sale and the colours were more limited but I have a grey one, would have preferred black. My friends were disappointed it wasnā€™t bright pink :laughing: :stuck_out_tongue:

My household did the exact same! All three of us bought Oodies and huddled on the sofa with cups of tea and coffee.

Our landlord is a scumbag, so left us with single glazed windows all winter long. There was actually ice on the inside of the window at one point. Needless to say, we unfortunately had to get the council involved.

Single glazing is tough!! Iā€™m always horrified at some of the student housing my son has been in. Landlords who skimp on everything. Heā€™s in halls this year which at least is much better maintained and they wonā€™t be left with no heating.

My horror today is that I forgot to put the wheelie bin out last night and due to the stupid system in the UK and in particular my borough the next collection wonā€™t be until 3 November. Gonna be a fun month!
