are these no longer obtainable?
it seems every character i clear the raid on only gets conqueror items and no valorous 
Flex Ulduar should drop items from both 10 and 25 man versions. But this means the loot table is twice the size so chances of getting what you want half of what they used to be. You might be very unlucky, or maybe something is bugged.
Probably just bad luck, I have been running it on my priest and I have only gotten 10man pieces, I have not gotten a single 25 man yet. Though the drop rate is really bad since they changed the loot system. It used to drop about 3 set tokens per boss in most raids, now it usually just drops one.
