I first logged in on 9th, I got the buff and the pet, next day the buff disappeared, and it’s still missing.
I have had this issue - among other strange things since the 15th Anniversary additions, my 15th Anniversary buff was just the latest, while away I used my companion app to complete 2 Rare Treasure maps both were successful but when I came to login I didn’t have the rewards for either.
The 15th Year anniversary buff has gone as well as things like the AV rune after handing in has now gone whilst all my friends and guildies still have it and use it in the BG.

I know it’s never fun to wait. Please remain patient though and our Game Masters will make sure to reach out to you as soon as they can.
I can see however that there are some reports regarding this issue and we are looking into it further. I know the buff is very handy to level characters, unfortunately we cannot restore that ourselves.
In addition to opening up a ticket please report this as a bug in-game as well as this helps the ongoing investigation.
Keep an eye on your active tickets for updates.
It’s a known issue for some, open a ticket so they can take a look.
