Our guild has recently rebranded itself as we prepare for the exciting adventures ahead as we travel to the Shadowlands. To achieve our goals, we’re looking to add new blood to our ranks.
Currently we’re looking for a Holy Paladin, and any DPS class aside from Warlocks,
We’re planning to raid 3 times per week (Wed/Thurs/Sun), starting at 20:30(UK) // 21:30(Server) and lasting 2.5 hours. These raid nights are separated into two styles of raiding.
Push
For the raid nights of Wed/Thur, people will be expected to bring their A-game. Banter will be kept to a minimum, the team must recover quickly from wipes, and knowledge of tactics will be required before the raid starts. People may also be asked to sit out, if deemed necessary to aid in the team’s ability to push a boss. This is the core team and anyone who wishes to join will have to show that they’re able to follow tactics, play their spec strongly (via logs) and concentrate. You will also be expected to do more than simply log on for raids, such as running Mythic+ to improve your character outside of raids alone. Our main focus is Heroic, but with enough dedicated people we may delve into Mythic bosses to improve ourselves further. This is the team our website applications are primarily for.
Chill
Sunday nights are exactly what the style says on the tin. A chill, relaxed night where wipes don’t matter and banter is actively encouraged. However, regardless of the more relaxed atmosphere, we still want a focused mindset during bosses, as we’re still there to enjoy the raid and getting gear. These will be on a fresh lockout where alts, pugs, or friends outside the guild will be allowed to join. These nights are for those who don’t like stressful raids. However, these raids will be logged so that anyone wanting to join the Push team can work their way up. Push raiders will not be penalised for not coming to these but they will be strongly encouraged to do so for the sake of the entire guild. These raids may focus on Normal at first and work towards Heroic.
