As the title states, this is unplayable. To make matters worse I can’t even free transfer my toon due to mail and being in a guild, so I can’t even sign in to resolve this so I can be eligible for the free transfer.
I unfortunately can’t play any other times but the weekends and some evenings due to having real life affairs to attend. As it stands you’re literally just taking people’s money and providing a crappy user support.
I know it sounds like I am complaining like a pathetic man child, but what else can we do? like really.
