4 hours doing rated bgs. Very bad experience

We only had 3 matches. All in our team were below 399 rating (half of them) and the remaining zero. We were matched with teams all 3 times that were above 1500 rating.

What consumed most of the time was

1. Forming the team. In the LFG there were only 5-6 teams that were asking for very high experience. No luck if you are new to the game
2. Once the team was formed we had to wait extra 10 minutes for the system to find us a team to play against
3. Since we are always getting matched with good formed teams with high rating I do not see the reason to keep playing. We are noobs, without voice, and we do not get matched with similar teams.

I told you my experience. Mostly i create Daily win grous where billion people want join… If some lazy dog like you create another group aswell it will not take 10 min to pair us…
