when you do all old raids, you should have somewhere around 100k gain. I’ve today sat in AH playing it, and trying to snipe sales for M+ and raiding people. Got almost 100k today before evening set in and sales stalled.
Of course this is more the problematic smaller your realm+ if you work normal office hours.
I would give more article information here, but oh alas, I cannot show my hand as I know people from my realm posting here and I dont want to tip them off.
From SoO and onwards, you can do all four difficulties on the same character in the same week. That is why WoD is so rich, because you can farm each 4 times, and without extra travel time. Just pop back to the start.
That’s why WoD accounts for about half of the possible 40-50K per week from raids.
(BTW, at end of BRF, if you haven’t killed Blackhand before he drops the floor into the lava, you can just jump off the edge and die to get back to the start instantly with no repair bill.)
i guess the fastest way to make gold in today’s wow, is to find more real life work, buy tokens with that extra money and sell them for gold.
that has to be the fastest way to make gold with each hour of your life spend.
i made millions back in WOD. i quickly realized what a broken gold mine the follower missions in garrisons were and just power leveled all my chars, and after some weeks, it was just logging in for 20 min a day to collect my daily 20-50 k gold.
same thing happened in legion but with fewer characters.
but there is none of that in BFA… 5 million gold for a mount is crazy for people joining the game today. they will have to pour an insane amount of time into the grind if they want to achieve it ingame.
you also have to ask your self if a mobile auction house is really worth that much money. shadowlands may have something better
Farm herbs and meat make pots flasks and food…profit. All raiders and m+ players need it and thy need alot of it. I started somewhere in september made 2.5 mill gold only selling pre pots healing pots and food. Also sell wod invis pots thy are easy to get. If you dont like farming you can even buy herbs and meat and resell for profit in flasks and food this depends on prices ofcourse.
I have 2 alts but i never log them in so i make all my gold just using 1 char.
I think one of the most useful things I’ve had past week or so when the news came was the ‘always at AH’ banker character that was independent from the currently played character, so that the few price wars I had, I won eventually.
New day, new day at Garrison AH… I already hate this darn saurus.
Well, tough luck for them, because Ion is now balancing everything around people with 50 garrisons and he doesn’t care if some people didn’t bother to exploit the system or were not present back then.
But of course, they can buy Bobby a new yacht with RL money and be forgiven for their ignorance.
True, but I think there are always elements in MMORPGs that are not fun, but are there to turtle and delay the gamer. many players would see those delays as fun too, but I still see nightmares about levelling in Classic.
I’d like to add you can shorten travel time between the raids by building the Mage Tower in your Garrison and open Ogre Waygates at Nagrand (for Highmaul), Gorgrond (for Blackrock Foundry), and Tanaan Jungle (for Hellfire Citadel).
When you’re done with a raid, use your Garrison Hearthstone and then take a portal in the Mage Tower to the next raid.
