8.3 Cloak Quest - Help I'm Lost

Hi, I don’t often post on here but would like some help being able to complete the quest-line for the cloak,

I do not get lots of time in the game due the RL, am I currently do not know where in the quest-line I am, I have 3 essences at the moment, and neck is about level 65,
I am sure the quest-line was following the little dwarf, and the last I remember was in Mysts,

Can anyone please help, if there is a way either macro or just looking at my log (LoL0

Check there is a new quest in Vale of Eternal Blossom :slight_smile:
