There are two types of in-game difficulties - difficulties that you like to overcome in your favorite content and get rewarded for it … And difficulties that come between you and your favorite content, and prevent you from playing the game.
What kind of difficult does paid respec for 50g refer to??? m??? 
What I expect them is adopting dual spec from Wrath to classic but only after WotLK launches, similar to what they’re doing with TBC LFG tool in SoM.
It wouldn’t be convenient to add “new” features to old content until it reached the original source.
